Company Law and the Law of Associations

The legal world of corporations was comprehensively redesigned and reformed in 2019.

This means that the new Companies Code considers all companies, associations and foundations to be "enterprises".

Only four forms of company remain out of the original 17 (the private limited company, the public limited company, the cooperative society and the partnership).

If you would like to know how the new legislation will affect your company, please don't hesitate to contact HBSV Advocaten so that we can guide you through all the changes.

Our firm will also assist you in the widest range of matters, including takeovers, mergers, demergers, taking over asset funds and trading enterprises, directors' liability, management agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate governance and any company disputes.
